See 2022 construction progress of one of March’s new developments, Norwalk Self-Storage. The facility has 3 floors at 45,000 SF each, totaling 135,000 SF. The facility will have 1,020 units.
The project is estimated to be complete by June 6th, 2022. Self-storage doors have been installed since these photos were taken. The 3rd level is currently in progress in addition to minor site work such as the loading dock, retaining walls, etc.
